Yes, ask an accountant that deals with real estate about a "reverse 1031" and how it's done.

DTI ratio can be up to 65%  till now was up to %50

any clever ways for taking advantage of relationship discounts to lower interest rates? i.e. taking money out of home equity or credit card to bring to the bank before closing and then repay the loan after closing?
