Delisted from an exchange usually means it will trade on pink sheets. You probably have lower liquidity in that market, and as a result higher bid/ask spreads, but can still trade.

Yups, I had to run last year a few min before the zman to add my few shares I had in Amazon, (I didnt ask but I figured I gotta sell it being the sell chumetz),
I was gonna sell it erev pesach but the market was closed (Good Friday).

not so fast. Not everyone holds like that. Rabbi belsky zt"l used to say that if you add the shares you have in companies that own chumetz you are making the whole shtar look like a joke because everyone knows you can only sell shares on a specific platform (the market).

If I write up a contract that says I will sell you shares in company X on date Y for $Z, and we do this without using an Exchange, are you telling me that's not valid? Im kein, batla toras OTC options.

If you hold that you have to sell then what do you do about a host of other issues( ribbus, shabbos, etc)?
