I think it's unlikely that they'll raise interest rates before the election. A raise will cause a crash, which will be terrible for Obama and Clinton.
Honestly I dont think its that manipulated, but either way Im talking within next 6 month. As long as theres a decent chance I feel safer with a guarantee of 3% with the added bonus of if I'm right I can make a quick 7-10%
