But in seriousness, I'm going to double down on what I said about AMC earlier. The movement today has nothing to do with the company itself or its post-Covid survival. AMC stock is rising now only because it has correlation with GME through reddit.

If this ridiculousness keeps up/spreads it could cause the broader market to crash.

The market is very likely to crash by 20% or more, it's just hard to see it happening before the $1.9T stimulus. More $$$ = higher stock prices. It will probably crash down when the government eventually refuses to satisfy the market demand for stimulus, but there is no telling if that happens in 10 months or 10 years.

I would wait until after next quarter. Wrestlemania will be a huge loss revenue wise. stock should drop more until arenas can reopen fully.

I am yet to find the person who lost money taking a small profit. That being said, it does pay a dividend, so you get paid to hold it. You could explore selling covered calls.

Selling covered calls puts a cap on your upside and leaves no downside protection. You're stuck holding onto the stock UNLESS it goes up, which is typically the opposite of what an investor wants.

Can combine that with buying puts to protect the downside, with the premiums for the calls sold funding the puts bought.
