I really like payapl stock. They are so easy to use, offer an extra layer of security and customer protection. I also see them on more and more websites every day. I can not think of a competitor that has the equal benefits and near equal market penetration.
It’s a great stock, but if you really

I’ll help you out, that company is Square, and you shouldn’t have a position in PayPal before checking them out.. (I’m long SQ since $50 and happen to like them over PYPL)

Care to share your thought process?
To be honest, with IPOs it is very hard for me to know when to buy or not , so I do not touch them because there is no way to look at a chart and use a technical system since there is not enough trading data.  I wait till the stock has been trading at least for several weeks. And using fundamental analysis you can never guess where the stock will go in the short term.
I was the Best, still the Best, and will always be the Best.

From a fundamentals stand point you can’t figure out how to value a company? How come? Your right about short term but that’s not what fundamentals are necessarily about...

So when are fundamentals ever used for short term trades?

IMHO, the only reason to buy an IPO is if you believe in the long term growth of the company and you think it is fairly valued.  People buying IPOs for short term are likely gambling.

Yes I can ,so can every one else, that is the problem with using fundamentals for short or intermediate term, a stock or commodity can go much much lower or higher and a trader or investor might become insolvent before the price goes your way. That is why I only trade short to intermediate term using charts and technicals. As an e.g Warren Buffet said months ago he bought KHC , it has lost half its value since, but years from now he can be proven right, but I posted then that I will not touch it here .
I think the best trading or  investing method is one where you combine fundamentals with technicals and sentiment indicators.

Thanks. Trader Vic always said the most money is made trading the intermediate trend, in the long term we are all dead.  So if I go long or short a stock, futures contract or Forex, and my trade is successful,  I can make huge profits in days, more than an investor will or will not make in a year, then i look for the next trade. Last week I shorted 3 futures palladium contracts and I stayed in the trade for 3 days and palladium lost over $200 in 2 days, over a $20000  profit per contract.
Today I went long bit coin futures , they are up like a $1000 in a 24 hour period, now over $5000 , I am about to sell and get out since I am not a believer .

Not much benefit, since all the fundamentals, except inside info, is already reflected in the price .

EMT is hot garbage. Stocks are overvalued and undervalued all the time, for a variety of reasons.

What do you think about USO ?  Think oil will go up in May / June?  Break $14?

I do think oil will continue to rise. Just curious, why do you ask about USO? Is thst a good way to bet on moves up? Personally I like UWT for up and DWT for down bets.
