2000 bubble has absolutely nothing to do with this crises.

My guess is he's using P/E based on 2020 Q1/Q2 which aren't reflective of future performance & simply fake news.

I don't think the Fed bought stocks in those two. They bought bonds, or IINM ETFs that hold those bonds. John Hussman has been crying bloody murder that this is illegal. They have no mandate to buy those kinds of assets.

I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

The Dow is still 10% below it's peak, and the USD is a few percent lower over the last few days so the market is down in real terms

On what basis?
On what basis is this stock worth so much? On what basis is the market cap 63bb?

I'll give it to you that people will continue using zoom to a certain extent even after this is all over however most businesses will go back to normal.

To value zoom based on what's going on now doesn't make sense to me.

I may be wrong..

Would it be fair to say the DOW has nothing to do with the economy?

Do you mean the DOW specifically or the market as a whole?

TSLA has yet to be proven, but when Facebook was valued at $100b most people called it a bubble.

Are you talking about DJIA or about DOW (as in the company, which I was looking into buying into after the dam broke and am kicking myself for not pulling the trigger)?
