No I meant a stock picking service. The last few days have lost a lot of money. I'm looking to see if anyone has a recommendation on a service that shows entries and exits for options and stocks that has a good winning record.

Other than that, the best advice is to buy an index fund, or any company whose fundamentals and growth prospects seem promising, and not look at it on a day to day basis. If you don't ask questions and complain when things go up, don't complain when things go down. In the long run, you do better than trying to beat the market.
