Can you mention the stocks that were recommended but dipped?
HIPO I recommended it at 4.15s it went to 4.08 before it went to 4.50s. that's what you meant?  ;)
Not saying everything will go up, duh that's why you use a Stop loss if it goes under the price I write, I tell you to stop out.

I suggested a dip but on ZIM lately I take it back it looks like it's going to 40 or maybe even 35s

Interesting that all shipping stocks are trending downwards if they are only ones benefitting from supply chain issues

Just an FYI mentioned up thread, ZIM is a Jewish company that is not shomer shabbos. AYLOR if you may invest in it. Although trading options may not present a problem....

It's hard not to want to take a small profit and sell some. Its unhealthy for me to carry so much of a portfolio in one stock.

But I agree. Great company going to see some more tremendous growth.

If you want to invest in the UPST of 2019, look into PKKFF. Long story short, they started trading on the NASDAQ under ticket TNT, and was halted by the SEC due to having exposure in China and the SEC wants them to list all the Chinese exposure disclosures on the form 40F which is required to trade on the NASDAQ. I'm heavily invested in it since the ground floor. I wouldn't advise anybody to go in it now because you can't know how long the SEC fiasco will take. Should be hopefully done by this week, but keep an eye on them (unless you want to get a better price and is willing to take the small risk). They post audited revenues which is hard to ignore, and their future revenue guidance beats UPST, and that's only for their china business. Soon North America expansion and they're on fire.

Don't invest in anything you don't understand (especially based on a comment on an online forum...)

I'm not explaining anything and I'm not giving advice. I'm just sharing where I'm invested in, and now it's your turn to do the work and figure out if this is where you want to invest.

How many people here have https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/F._W._Woolworth_Company come to mind first when seeing that stock symbol?
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

First time seeing a leveraged stock. What exactly is that?
Why would I buy this over another stock at 3x or 2x the amount I would buy this?

Not a stock. An ETF. There are plenty of leveraged ETFs 2x 3x and inverse. Those are potentially toxic instruments, should probably only be used by professional traders (they are for trading, NOT buy and hold).
