It is with a few exceptions:
Undisclosed limit of 10,000 min per month
Don't know the number, but SMS IS limited
International is limited to first 10 numbers you call each month
Horrible customer service (except hard to believe but TracFone is about 10x worse than them)
Bad website, cant change plans easily.
No clue why they didn't get sued yet for false advertising, for their "UNLIMITED" plans. (Limits not written anywhere in fine print)

all/most providers are unlimited but not unreasonable, try running a call center on your line you'll find out pretty quickly that it is limited

I tried both quite a few times and Tracfone is ridiculous!! Most of the times they will say they cant get your account because their computers are down. They will always resort to "transferring you to the correct dept (hanging up on you).

As an afterthought the reason why HELLO is better is because usually you won't need them. You can do enough things on your own. As opposed to tracfone who FORCES you to call for every dumb step. [free acp sim? you cannot activate online you have to CALL. want to port in a number? CALL. You need to get account number? CALL. Autopay. CALL. I am angry thinking about them.

Correct. But with us mobile for example if you call and speak to them they will add minutes without a problem. As opposed to HELLOMOBILE who when you call with that type of issue will lie and say the towers are down in your area, or you need to update your payment info, or whatever other dumb thing comes to their heads. When they sent a SIM to me once and the USPS tracking showed it was damaged/lost, the rep said that its not lost, its just taking long to arrive due to the "global chip shortage". No kidding

I recently lost my number with TracFone while I was trying to reach a customer rep, had to stay another hour for them to recover, and then just ported out the number to T-Mobile good riddance

Truthfully the only cell company I dealt with that had GOOD customer service is US Mobile. 3 options of contact (call, email, chat) Amazing response times, a callback option even if the wait is only a minute or two, helpful reps (even if some aren't particularly NICE) and 24 HOUR support! How can it be that Macy's can have 24hr support, but Verizon cannot?? It boggles my mind.

Because Macy’s makes money offering customer service. With mobile carriers you pay a relatively fixed amount of money and they have to “optimize” (effectively means cut) costs to maximize profits.

i cant find the apn settings on the phone for MMS
