It seems like smarter/better organized companies simply don't care to honor these price mistakes.
In the case of the Lenovo price mistake, from my conversations with the customer services reps, it doesn't seem like the fulfillment department, billing, customer service, website communicate with one another. The customer service rep offered $55 to keep and order that was already 50-60% off?! Freaking strange.
