HI I signed up for this card Via a preapproved offer I received w/ a 40,000 Bonus Points offer!
However after my statement printed I was suprised to find out that I only received 10,000 Bonus Points?!?
Please adjust my bonus to the offer I signed up for!

Same, sounds like you need to be approved for the Signature now to get them.

I searched online and many people said they got the 40,000 even for the platinum card.
But either way,

Has anyone gotten the offer 15k bonus points after spending $500 for three months?

I applied for the Dolphin card ($ 400 reward after 1000) and was not instantly approved. I checked this morning and I was declined and the reason wasnt listed. Should I call or wait to get the letter than call?

But be prepared for a second pull if they don't like you, and account closure if they really don't like you.  Both are relatively common occurrences with Barclays recon.
