I ordered something on amazon right before the storm. It didn't come, I tracked it on ups it said in bright red letters exception. I called amazon they refunded me on the spot with $10 credit for the hassle.

I ordered the Samsung laptop that Dan posted for 699 a bit ago and I ordered from a friends prime  account.
Amazon canceled the order and I called them a few times and they said they'd get back to me by email. And they never did.
Any advice?
