Deleting BA Household Account
« on: September 30, 2012, 09:53:06 AM »
Does anyone have experience deleting a household account in order to use the points individually. I need to book a ticket for a friend who us not part of the household. Will points be lost?

Resolved issue. It's rather simple:

1) Goto "manage household account"
2) Delete all additional members
3) Account reverts back to original status, and one can then book tickets for strangers...

Or you can just add the stranger to your account

Hello,

Hope someone here could help, i have a BA household account with wife and children under 18, i want to exit household account so that i should be able to book travel for non family members, however i cannot delete all members as the children's account will be completely deleted (As this member is under 18 removing them will terminate their Executive Club membership.)

Is there a way to assign another member as the household account manager (change head of household) and just exit the household account, but leave the account with wife and children active?

Your help is much appreciated

Cannot do this if a member was removed within 6 months, anyway to delete household account without needing to remove all members?
