I heard of a shita that says you do the minhag of wherever you are at that time. I thought it was sephardim, but I guess not.
I believe the Alter Rebbe reasons that the Kedushah in Eretz Yisroel is only 1 day so no reason to keep 2, and vice versa.

That's the opinion of the Chacham Tzvi and Lubavitch go according to it.

There's absolutely no consensus in amongst Rabbonei Chabad.

Everyone relax. You are all in good hands. I will keep an eye on the place while you are all gone.  :)
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

Here's Rav Herschel Schachter's view on Y"T Sheini in E"Y, very interesting and to the point.

Besides the classic two opinions of one day or two days, and the "one and a half days" opinion, I was unaware of the "two and a half days" opinion (lol), which is the one he practices.

If only I didn't have to think about this every time I go... :( , very disturbing to the conscious.  Enough golus!

(Background note: For those who don't know, RHS along with R' YB (not JB ;D ) are the poskim for OU.)

That's what my fam does when they visit for Pesach.
Being a bochur in a Litvishe yeshiva in America made it a little awkward for me...
So after one year of keeping one day, I started keeping two. 2nd night seder by myself w my fam taking pix of me, VERY awkward but cool too.  :D

lol, Forgot the name of the rav, but it sounded pretty widely accepted among Lubavitch Rabbonim/Poskim.

There's more than one "rav" in Lubavitch, and what you heard is false.  As I responded to the original post you quoted.

Think it was Rabbi Yaroslavsky, but still not 100% sure.

May very well be, but there are also many other prominent ones who disagree.
There is no consensus.
