A couple a years ago due to the economy situation i couldn't afford to pay my amex & chase cc bills and ultimately settled and paid up less than the full balance..
I have active (new &old) citibank, discover and Barclay cc with credit limits from $500 - $11,500 with an avreage FICA score of just over 700. Is there any chance of getting approved on any Amex or chase?
