There is a $100 iPhone case that comes with 1gig free data per month. So if you can keep it in good condition and buy a few of them you'll get free data and supposedly they have a fairly good return policy... http://m.gizmodo.com/5895178/would-you-put-a-case-on-your-iphone-if-it-gave-you-free-data

That is correct. in short, This is a free 4g hot spot. You may even be able to use this with anything as a hot spot. I am not sure. anyone care to chime in?

Freedompop is now available http://www.freedompop.com/ I ordered the Photon 4G Hotspot for a $89 refundable deposit plus $5 shipping. Has anyone else ordered one of these. Right now it works wherever there is Clearwire Wimax they will be switching to Sprint LTE sometime next year. You get 500MB a month free.
