I eat there approximately once a month... I am always having the same steak. The availability is very tight so I always call the Mashgiah in advance and he saves me 2 cuts. It is called the Vacio Al Carbon steak (16oz) and it is the BEST steak I have had in any country... and I am a big meat eater... It runs for about $40-50... My bill is usually under $150 including tax and tips with 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, one desert and 2 drinks.
