Thanks! Or AS miles, no?
Yup. Those will let you stop in LA for free, each way.

I didn't notice that specific section, but you can get a map of the airport online. Each corner of the airport had it's own security for the gates in that corner. After security you take a train to your gates. If United and Jet Blue are in the same corner, you're golden. If not, it may be possible to avoid getting on the train and connect to the other gates near you, but I can't remember exactly. Find a map online.

Saw a map previously, they are in two different corners. Jetblue uses gates 1-29, and United uses gates 30-59.

It's laid out: (numbers made up)
1-----------2
3-----------4
If you're looking at 1 and 3 or 2 and 4, you might have a chance.

Thinking of going in the beginning of August with wife and 2 toddlers (3 & 2) to Vancouver Wed-Sun. Fly Sunday morning to SMF and stay at Hyatt Lake Tahoe till Thu then head back to NY.

Altrnetavly Im thinking of ditching Lake Tahoe and going to cancun. 2 nice Hyatt options this summer.

I'm open to some suggestions. Really wanted to do Asia but summer time is not the time to go from what I read :-(

It may be more idea to do it in the winter months but we did it this past summer w/ a toddler and had an AMAZING time-it all depends on your mindset!!

Whats the best J product for flying with toddlers from US to Asia? CX seems illogical with the herringbone config.

They will supply an onboard carseat though.

Put them in the middle and your wife and you in the window seats. Access is fine.

Your 2.5 year old doesn't just open the seatbelt and try to run free?

Ouch. No, we did not.
Had it confirmed in J but dropped it when we switched to F.
