Trying to help some family members get a away. Looking for the most relaxing place that has kosher food.

Planning a trip in July for 5-6 days and considering the following:

Mar Grand Hyatt (Nassau)
Atlantis (Nassau)
Fairmont Bermuda
Excellence Punta Cana (DR)

What are your thoughts on Nassau vs Bermuda vs DR?

The Grand Hyatt hit my radar because the hotel will still be pretty new at the time, thought it could be interesting to test. Goal of the trip is relaxation, will involve pool/beach and not much else. Easy in, easy out. I've only done a quick initial search on airfare, Bermuda was by far the cheapest, but I only did the standard retail search, so I wouldn't hang my hat on this.
