You see, that should have been your first move. All this talk without the go ahead from the boss is just wasting everyone's time!
Ummm that was my first point, to begin with.
My first, and main issue, is convincing my wife to go traveling with my kid.
Cabin, would prefer business, and program doesn't make much of a diff. My miles are pretty diversified.
In regards to budget, I generally try to save as much as possible buy I've came to the realization that some type of trips I.e Maldives, will cost more, and ones has to do what one has to do..
Our interest are almost anything, hence the issue of where to start.

...and then, without dealing with the first issue, you proceeded to deal with the second. Which was *my* point, to begin with.

Still don't see how that was wasting everybody's time. Being that, I'm sure for a good portion of people, showing their spouses what's out there to see, can go a long way. Plus, a lot of trips take a long time planning, and especially if one enjoys the research, and the planning, there is nothing wrong with working on said trip, before it's even set in stone that you can go.

Very hard to tell when your joking sarcastically, or being serious, being that you do both of the above on the forums.

What are there interests? If it is natural beauty, Bryce and/or Zion would be my definitive choice

Not for me. For my brother in law who is leaving Vegas in the next few days and is looking for a quick 3-4 day vacation.

Okay. I finally think that me and my wife deserve a vacation. I think that it is about time for ilherman to fly a nice first class!

All these came to my mind when I saw that SQ has availability JFK-FRA for July 28 which is two days after the 9 days finishes which would work great for us.

That much I know that my final destination will not be FRA, can you guys help me with a nice vacation? I am looking for something relaxing with nice scenery (Maybe the alps as well as Venice might work?) But the places should as well have some nice activities to do (not hiking) included but limited to seeing Jewish history etc.

Also, I would either stay in Hotels with points etc, or if you can recommend places that would work with the ^ that have nice Kosher hotel programs with goof food that would work even better since I won't have to deal with food. Thanks in advance for any help!
