You might wait on line for a half hour

, but the tour/ride is only a minute or two long.

There is also a 4D show at the factory, and you could also make your own choolcte, and a train ride tour. There's also lots more to do in the area. Potato chip factory, pretzel factory, choo choo barn, cherry crest (a must for kids), Amish town...

BTW I don't mind driving if it would work out cheaper than by train. (going round Europe)

And there is always more to do in Israel.

I would prefer Europe. Nowhere radical.
I really don't want to do summer in Israel again.
We would consider a trip through Europe if we could work it out for a decent price.

Without traveling too much since your with a young child I would prob stick with the Southwest, Gibraltar/Spain/Portugal.

Im fine with traveling. My kid is great in the car. But that sounds nice... Would you recommend hotels or airbnb?

Prob hotel for Spain and airbnb for Portugal.

Cheapest flight out of Israel on or around my dates are above $400. I'm going to have to start working on flying with points and stuff.
I imagine I'll also like trains but whilst in the city I would like to be as mobile as possible. If the public transport is good I guess I can rely on that.

Avios are decently cheap to there. Public transport is good and cheap and if your not an experienced driver then it will be faster also.
