Would it make sense to fly from ORD-ZRH ZRH-CDG AMS-ORD and take a train from CDG-LHR-AMS?
London is out of the way. Cdg to Amsterdam pretty straight.

Doing a 5 day stopover before going to Israel this summer. Narrowed down to Barcelona or Monaco/Nice. Any thoughts on which way to lean? Would be staying at W in Barcelona or Le Meridian in Monaco. Cant seem to decide which place to visit.
Going with my wife and a 1 year old. Any thoughts would be great

Still looking for suggestions on this

Hi all. Have 2 weeks in the summer and want to start planning a vacation. Thinking about Israel but might be a bit too hard with 3 kids under the age of 5. Was hoping to get some suggestions (other than Orlando and LA/SD) for a place or 2 or 3. I'm based out of NYC.

Looking to go away with DW this MS to Mon night. Looking for somewhere warm preferably with a beach but not Miami or Fort Lauderdale bec I think those will be very full. Have a bunch of Marriot points to burn. Anyone have any suggestions within 3-4 hours flying time from NY?

Not really enough time for cancun based on flying time. They don't have a flight you could make, and flights back Monday would be in the afternoon. So you'd have at best 39 hours in the ground.

If food is important to you Barcelona has some good kosher options. My friend is there right now with her hubby and they are really enjoying all the Jewish History near there and pretty sightseeing.  It seems like a great, easy stopover trip.

Has anyone been to Central Asia, i.e the Stans?
Having a slightly difficult time gathering information.

Haven't personally been but good friends went to Azerbaijan, with a free stopover on their way to Israel, and really enjoyed the country and having local kosher food really made it easy for them.  Other Bucharian friends went back with a whole group of family and had a blast in Uzbekistan (although they all speak Russian which probably made the trip a whole lot easier).
