Thx. I'm debating between Amsterdam and Florence / Venice. I've been around a little, Venice would be the only of the three that I've been to though. For some reason I'm reticent to venture into Eastern Europe for leisure... Probably inherited that.

Amsterdam then Florence.  Both much nicer than Venice IMHO

For some reason I feel like Amsterdam is a very progressive place, I want to feel comfortable, I'm the opposotw of that. Will it be in my face? I feel like Florence will be much better in that way.

I didn't feel it being in my face at all but yes Florence is definitely more " old world".

Keep in mind that Florence is beautiful but also quite small so unless you also do Rome (short train ride away) you might be a bit bored. Also AMS has much more kosher, minyan etc

Is there "heimish" kosher in Amsterdam?

Prague
Istanbul
Budapest
Amsterdam
There are many cities if one hasn’t been to Europe.
Considering all these cities as well. DW not vaccinated, where are the restrictions the easiest? Spending 2 days in UK coming from NY and want to be able to take direct flight back to NY as well which makes Prague not ideal

Looking for ideas for a trip chanukah time - for a week or so. We're recently married, looking to go to warm climate, beautiful nature. Preferably out of the US so we can explore anther country. I won't go to the beach/public pool (tznius wise) so hoping to find a place where I could get a hotel suite/rental with a private pool. I have chase points and 150k Hilton points. Any ideas?
