Looking for somewhere within (about) 3-4 hours drive from Brooklyn with nice scenery and attractions that are baby friendly for the 3 days of Chol Hamoed with a Minyan within 45 minutes.

Being that I don't have specific destination in mind, I want to book a flight that's priced below the seasonal average (think West coast under $150, Europe under $350, Asia under $600 etc). Is there a website that is flexible enough to show a search to "Anywhere" that will also show if the price is trending above or below average on the results page?
