Was that a response to my inquiry?? Please specify where in Denver I should consider.
Yes. I gave Denver as an idea based on the fact that your previous trips were nature focused, and it seems like that's what you're looking for. Take a look at the Colorado thread and the great wiki there. You can base yourself in the Jewish community and take 1 hour day trips every day or spend a few days up in the Rockies so you can get to other hikes, parks.

Southwest, 2 dailies from LGA and 2 from EWR. If you book 6 weeks in advance, usually it's 15-18K RT. Even more worthwhile if you have the Companion Pass. Never taken another airline there, so I don't have opinions. If AA flies direct (which I imagine it does) it should be 10K BA each way.

Gee thanks.. Yes I have the companion pass.. Thanks

You have been most helpful..
One more thing. What area in Colorado is best to settle in that is closest to all the 'must sees' places in Colorado?? I guess one that is not to far from the Jewish center where I would like to stay for shabbos??

1 question mark accomplishes plenty. You don't need to ask every question like you're stuck in Denver airport 5 minutes before Shabbos and don't have a place to go...

Not sure if the "Gee thanks" was sarcastic. So, I'll ignore it.

You should visit the Colorado thread. A very similar discussion (where to stay) was just discussed last week.

It is obvious you know nothing about me cause I usually express myself with 3 questions marks or more..

"Gee thanks" with no smiley is read without sarcasm (usually).

You seemed to be genuinely interested in helping me so I thought of using you to get some of my million unanswered questions addressed.. Thanks for all you did answer..

So long..

We're planning a trip to Asia.  We'll be flying into SIN, landing on a Friday morning, and flying out of HKG 9 days later on Sunday afternoon.

From what I've heard it'd be a good a mount of time to spend Friday-Monday in SIN and Thursday though Sunday in HKG.

Question is what to do in the middle and how to get there. I thought of PEK on a 72h visa, but I wasn't sure if HKG counts as a separate country for that purpose, plus getting from SIN-PEK seems costly. Any ideas?

Thanks for clarifying, sorry I misread it. Flaws of types communication. :-(
I'd gladly answer new questions, but, like I said, this one was specifically answered last week. I also suggested bringing your Q's to the Colorado thread so that the next person can benefit from the Q&As as well.

OK, PEK is out. Too cold in Jan. Any other SE Asia destinations that would be good at that time of year? Has anyone been to TPE?

AC won't price CNX, probably because silk air flies the SIN-CNX route and they're not partners. Do you think calling AC would work?
Never heard of PPS being a destination people want to visit.

Where in Europe should I go for a day?

I am free to leave Paris 6pm Monday and need to leave Europe to come back to the states on Wednesday Morning.

Where should I go for Tuesday? I can either take a night train someplace or take a early morning flight on Tuesday.

Or should I just stay in Paris?

This is my first upcoming summer in many years that I don't have anything planned yet. With an infant a few months old and a 2 year old I am having a hard time coming up with something. I don't want to spend money / points and end up having a miserable time.

I am debating between:

Kauai (long flight from east coast and nothing available that I see for my dates in August)
Scotland (may be too much driving and perhaps too complicated although I don't know much about it)
Caribbean island (short flight and not to active yet weather may not be ideal).

Any thoughts or other suggestions? Thank you!

If you want an "easy" vacation, do Caribbean or Mexico. You can be more adventurous and try SE Asia if you want.
