and there are hundreds of villas with private beaches there?
Of course there are. I just need a good recommendation. And I did not mention points as Emkay pointed out.

Any ideas where I can go for warm vacation 3-4 hour flight from NY where I can have a 5* villa with private pool and private beach?

5* Villa, at least to me, implies hotel, not airbnb/vrbo etc.

Finding kosher and shul is not always so easy, and probably would help to spell that out initially.

If you can do private pool in a house/"villa", and don't need the beach, try Orlando. There's a small community with a restaurant or two or three.

You should be able to find a very nice property, tons of space, but a beach is harder.

AFAF looking for a luxurious, international resort for a honeymoon (doesnt have to be points but also prefer under $500/night range) no zika, and lots of activities that are conveniently located.
1 week long and kosher food is a plus

Los Cabos is Zika Free
Arizona

there is some hotels that offer private pools like the JW Marriott Scottsdale
and you can use your SPG points for a room.

1st week of August.  10 days including 2 Shabbosim. 2 couples, maybe a 3rd couple. Might want to stop also in Switzerland for a day or a Shabbos to visit with family - not essential.
Thought of Italy, but I assume it's too hot.
Don't want Far East.

How about England, Ireland and Scotland?
Iceland and Ireland?
Alaska?

10 days with 2 shabbosim not really enough for England Ireland and Scotland.
England Scotland. Or Ireland Scotland. Or Ireland Iceland. Or Alaska all seem like great options. What do you like to do? What kind of vacation are you looking for?

My husband isn't that interested in Iceland. He says: no minyan. No kosher food. Not enough that he'd want to do.
What's there?  Only nature??

History, culture, some scenery screams Italy. I went in August. It's hot, but not sure that it's that got that it's a reason not to go.

Otherwise England/Scotland is probably your best bet

I would say Prague and Vienna. Ticks off every single box you gave. Can also take a 1hr flight over to ZRH (or drive).
Spend a full day driving between Prague and Vienna, some of EUs most visually appealing scenery and quaint villages.
