unfortunately my list of places that i have been to is pretty small. so i think we covered it all at this point :). now looking for other ideas

where i have been to:
florida (Orlando and Miami)
california (L.A., San Diego)

If you want beaches you can go to Ocean city, MD Chabad has food but you are probably better off bringing your own food.

There is a Hilton and Marriott there. (Hyatt was supposed to open up soon but they were delayed).

Phoenix has some nice pools and kosher restaurants

Myrtle beach is a popular beach destination as well but no kosher food.

The main beaches are in Florida (which you want to avoid) HNL and LA/ San Diego

i got more recommendations for Phoenix. was told that even if it hits 112 degrees in the summer it does not have the humidity. and if you go into thew mountains the temp drops as well.

What are the options in Europe for shabbos if we're going with a baby? (Without being locked into a room in middle of a city for 26 hours)

We've been to Venice already so prefer something else

Just came from there - a week total including Shabbos with a baby. Portuguese Synagogue highly recommended for shabbos. There is a Chabad with meals but we bought takeout and ate in our room.

Plenty to do, nice city, food etc. Also has potential to do day trips to other cities/overnights (did Haarlem, would have done Haag but best day for us had bad weather there, could have done Antwerp but with our slow travel pace with a baby, only really would have been worth it if we overnighted there.)
