suggestions on economic place to go (excluding travel & hotel as have points) in august for 7-10 days? dont want spend much money and will be traveling with a 1 y/o.

me and the mrs went to paris without the kids last thanksgiving and it was totally perfect from start to finish. any similar short vacation cities someone could recommend that are a lil romantic/walkable and with a shul/place to eat out on shabbos (chabad is of course fine)? Focused more on non-beach trips (we do beach trips with kids). considering Amsterdam heavily, but delta skypeso klm availability is annoying me.

We did 8 days last year,4+4, I think one week should be good enough. If you are doing 5 days only I would just do one .

Any good idea of a nice hotel for vacation in NJ, VT, Philadelphia, or NH, Best if hotel that can be booked with point's, and in a calm area not a city center. Thanks
