Sun-Thu, end of January. 2 days in Rome, the rest somewhere warm and relaxing. Nothing in particular, just a nice Airbnb villa with a pool or thereabouts.

Any suggestions? Southern Italy doesn't seem warm enough that time is the year. Maybe Greece? Southern Spain? I've never really looked at that part of the world...

Eilat isn't in Israel. You should know that.

I'd look at Greece or Gibraltar. I've also always wanted to do Croatia. Not sure of the weather at that time though.
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

Morroco or the canary islands are your best bet for the nicest weather.

FWIU you won't find anything really warm in Europe, so I guess the question is which one is more important; Rome or warm weather afterwards?

Or just fly to Dubai after Rome...

Any ideas? Looking for a nice Hilton property in NYC in the area of nice fleishig restaurant, basically I am short one night to complete Hilton Diamond, so I figured I'll make a nice mini getaway.  Go out to eat in restaurant, sleepover nice nearby hotel, in the morning have breakfast in nice nearby milchig place and done. Just need someone to someone to fill in the blanks please..

Couples first trip without kids in 10+ years.

Thoughts on this (Too much?):

Sunday 1/27: MIA-DFW-OGG: Leave 5:45am land 3:44pm. Get car and Go to Warren & Annabelle's Magic! Then checkin to hotel (Likely Hyatt Regency).

Monday 1/28: Road to Hana

Tuesday: Sunrise Haleakala, afternoon blowhole, and snorkel.

Wednesday: leave 10:15am, land 11am. Checkin to hotel (Likely GHK), sunset on polihale beach.

Thursday: Waimea canyon, off roading, hiking, etc.

Friday: See waterfalls, get ready for shabbos

Shabbos: Hotel/relax

Sunday: Either 3pm or 11pm flight home. Helicopter of the island? Hike/snorkel.

They are looking for an adventure vacation, not a beach vacation...

I'm stressed just looking at that.  Can they just choose one island?  There is definitely enough adventure for a week on either Maui or Kauai.  If they want to see two islands, maybe Maui with day trip to Lanai or Kauai with day trip to Ni'ihau.
