No problem.

I'm working on a trip report but feel free to ask for any specific questions if you need.

Thanks!  I'm gonna look into it.  Maybe I'd fly from the US on a Sunday, do just 2 nights in London, 2 nights in Athens and then fly to Tlv on Friday.

VCE is not really about the buildings.

I know people love Venice and tons of great history and some people find it also romantic.  I went when I was younger and just didn't feel the love...I thought it ok but super hot and canals grossed me out because they were so smelly in the summer...lol...but it IS a great stop for Shabbat and food is plentiful and would just be easy to do with a family so if we do Italy, Shabbat there makes sense.  For me travelling with my family, it's all about what will keep my kids the most engaged, least hungry and whiny, and if I can tie the place in Jewishly for my kids, even better.

You guys, he wants a place for 4-9yr olds with kosher food!  After Machu Pichu why not keep flying him south to Antartica with your helpful advice?!  ;D

Banff. Bring food. Thank me later.

What about fly into SFO and then head up to the Redwoods?

Banff and SFO have just about the same amount of edible kosher food :P

Banff is one of the prettiest places I've ever been to. Amazing hiking and driving too.

What's the shortest time frame, to actually be able to enjoy it? I've been wanting to go, but time is my enemy...

Very versatile.
Could do anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks IMHO.

That can work. I guess if I only go for a few days, and it's not enough, I'll just have to go back

Landing Wed in Prague.  Staying through Shabbos.
Then Vienna.
Then Budapest through the next Shabbos.
Leaving Sunday for home.

Is this a good framework? How many days is the right amount in each city?  Will I  have enough to do the whole week, or should I add on Amsterdam for the 2nd Shabbos?
Am I planning the right cities for Shabbos?

Any other critiques?
Thanks.

Now that I have to be in London in August and there are cheap flights I'm considering doing something in Europe with the kids.
Thinking of kosher program in dolmites 5-7 days and then Venice and Rome for a couple days
Does it make sense with kids?
The 8&9 year old would probably enjoy but will it work with a 4 year old boy?
Is there any kid friendly activities in Rome to fit in?
Any other ideas in Europe to spend 7-10 days with kids ages 4-9?
