Now that I have to be in London in August and there are cheap flights I'm considering doing something in Europe with the kids.
Thinking of kosher program in dolmites 5-7 days and then Venice and Rome for a couple days
Does it make sense with kids?
The 8&9 year old would probably enjoy but will it work with a 4 year old boy?
Is there any kid friendly activities in Rome to fit in?
Any other ideas in Europe to spend 7-10 days with kids ages 4-9?

After posting on here also about summer options with kids I started researching Rome more in-depth.  I found a morning activity run by the historical society for a "Gladiator school" that I know my boys would love (I have ages 7-14).  It is 6 and up but it might be great for the older ones and since it's only a couple hours you could entertain the little one watching and going through their attached museum.  Also, I really thought my kids would love Pompeii and although they are pricey I saw there are one-day tours there from Rome, where we could just pack sandwiches for lunch and be back to Rome for dinner.

Thanks!
The drive to Pompeii is a pretty long drive, was thinking maybe of flying into NAP and staying in Capri for 2-3 days they have a kosher restaurant there
The ghetto tour in Rome is it something that would be interesting for 8-9 year old?

Never done a cruise, would to try one..A simple one, 5 days..leave from port of miami and sail the caribbean.   Anyway to use points? Everytime I put in dates it comes out to $2000+ for a family of four..tips?

Suggest 7 day instead, and don’t be stuck on only leaving from Miami.

Can us UR points or sell.

Price and which cruise line to use - how old are your kids?

thinking of taking last week or 2 of the summer off for a family trip. originally i really wanted to fly out of NYC to west coast and do a nice road trip around there but i feel like its not really realistic with 3 kids under the age of 4 ( 4&3 yo and 6 month old).  anyone has any ideas of kids friendly spot or spots that i can go with the family? we did SD 2 years ago which was great and we're getting bored of Orlando/Miami.

Looking for a place for a summer vacation:
Longish stay (2+ weeks) at affordable rates
Near kosher food

We would love a vacation rental/cabin on a lake or near nice hikes, swimming spots, etc.

Basically we'd prefer to spend the same amount of money that we'd usually do in a week or 10 days and make it last for a while, but we need a kosher food source if we're gonna be away for work long.
Jury Duty: Nothing to do there but chill and write a TR. Kinda like the beach but missing the view and ocean breeze.

Acadia National Park

I've done Acadia before and loved it. We actually took along all the food that time, but I don't recall there being too much kosher food in that area anyway.

Looking to get away for a weekend(Thurs pm-Sun pm) in a couple weeks. Looking for ideas. Based out of ORD. Looking for somewhere not too far but I'd fly 5 hours. All I really want, is some place a bit less typical, don't really care the particular climate. Warm and beachy is a plus. No kids, just the wife and I.
TIA
