I'm looking for some advice on my best options for a 2 week vacation(rent a large house) with family (13 people) in early August near a minyan (including shabbos) that is driving distance from NJ (up to 5 hr drive).

The problem I'm running into is any option near a shabbos minyan is pricey(catskills) and options that are more reasonably priced are not near a shabbos minyan (poconos).

What are some other options or other leads?

I stayed Airbnb in New Hampshire, Chabad rents some sort of hotel conference room for shul. And they lend multiple ספרי תורה׳ס For שבת.

do you remember how much you paid per night for house? and what town do you recommend I search for if I want to be close to minyan especially shabbos?

Vail attractions are closer, has regular Chabad.
Banff attractions are further. No minyan. But closer resembles the alps
