Me and the Mrs. need a high class refreshing/natural getaway. we were considering the Post-Ranch Inn in Big Sur, but kosher etc. may be annoying there. any other ultra luxe (but understated/quiet) options for a 3 night getaway people would suggest (and of course, any deals preferred as that place is $$$$)? assuming May before Shavuos, and so likely nowhere intl.  Not really considering cancun/banyan tree etc (been there twice and still scared of zika)

Near impossible to find base rooms IME, Suites for 48k are wide open though.

need to be in TLV for new year (2022) and looking in to making it into a ~5 day (total) vacation.

so I'm looking for somewhere "worth" going for 2-3 days with reasonable connections to TLV and NYC and good point resorts/hotels. easier kosher food is a plus of course (im not against bringing food , but I'm assuming there are plenty of great places that can be checked of first)

i have plenty of points but I'm looking at keeping the cash outlay to a minimum (there goes MLE ).

was thinking more along the lines of a resort then touring, (at least my understanding was that DXB was more about touring) but DXB does seem worth looking into.

on that note emirates does not seem to be showing any flights to TLV. not sure if this is old, or something just changed.

Confirmed, for kosher meals at Ventana Big Sur (all-inclusive) you just email guestrelations@ventanabigsur.com and inquire about the meal plan from chabad of monterrey and they give a menu (attached) for you to choose from 10 days before arrival.
