Isn’t their weather similar to Israel? Looking for 70-80 degrees, as Had too many winter Israel trips marred by 50s and rain.

Trying to plan a Family get together for a weekend this summer. Some are in New York and some are in Montreal. Needs to be in Canada and  driving distance. We are looking for a house with a minimum of 8 bedrooms and the rooms need to have more than 1 bed each. Needs to be near a minyan.
Was thinking of Niagara but having a hard time finding a house big enough with enough beds and not too expensive. Open to any other ideas as well.

If you're willing to drive 1-2 hrs further than Toronto there are lots of minyanim in cottage country - Belle Ewart, Victoria Lake, Sparrow Lake probably, Jackson's Point usually has a minyan I think, Blue Mountain probably has many weeks in the summer. Niagara will save you a good 3 hrs of driving each way though.

Or why not look at somewhere in the country near Montreal? Idk where there's a minyan but I'm sure there are plenty around Mont Tremblant. Maybe ask in the YUL thread.

Ottawa probably still scrapes together a minyan if that's interesting to you. Theres always Toronto too.

Turks is worth the extra $$ Seven Stars on Grace Bay and the Shore Club on long bay have pretty good value. Just make sure the weather forecast is good.
