And there are all the activities around Fairbanks?

There are plenty I believe.

Any good resort recommendations?

Nothing really from my end.

I'm looking to for a Late December, Early January trip. Want to go as far north as possible.
If you're there over New Years day (10 Teves) you'd probably have the shortest fast of your life.

Fast ends there at 4:15 in FAI. In NYC its usually over about 5ish so not much of a difference. Longest 10 Teves for me was last year in Brazil in middle of the summer.

Dan has a post on the main site detailing all the options. Search it on there and you should be able to get all the options.

Has anyone heard of or found and stayed at a halachically private beach in the Caribbean or elsewhere? I.E. where a woman can go on the beach knowing that no one will be around
Other than of course renting a private island for 35,000$ a night :P

NYC
IMHO, any flight from there to the Caribbean should not be much of an issue. Even if your kid gets cranky, it is only a few hours and then you land.

not concerned about flight. i want to know destinations which will be easiest and convineint . not attractions for adult entry only.
