Wouldn't HKG be number 1 on the list as Chucky said?

I am asking because the flights through HKG don't really work for me... But ifyou that's awhy most tohonour check outcloser I'll still dogoing it.  But is other citys are the same MOST, I would consider them as well and see if flights through them would work out better. Would shanghai be interesting? I would love to fly MU R.

I think Shanghai would be, Its on my next trip list, Singapore would be good also. But I've been to hong kong twice in the past year and have another couple trips in the works, each one I really enjoyed Shabbat there

That's what they say. I flew on those kind of seats when I went around Europe, but that was because my itinerary was only like 20K more for getting like 12 legs with those seats and 1 leg better seats (crossing back into US). For a 2 hour flight, I can't see it being worth it.

Avios will be 15K RT. It's possible that SW could be less than that, although if you want to go direct, you may need to fly out of ISP/PHL.

Why do I get $11 per ticket fees from Avios - I thought it was just the $2.50 taxes?

I wanna stop over in Asia on my way to the Maldives, from about Thu-Sun. Which city is worth staying at?

It's not about what city is "worth" staying at. It's about what miles your using, their hubs, and ease of transit.

You don't have the luxury to stop at a second-level city, i.e. Bali, Chaing Mai, etc. You're be confined to a first level city, e.g. SIN, BKK, HKG, ICN etc.

Which of those cities depends on the miles you're using.

Cheapest first class awards tickets from NYC to Miami? Can you do the free stopover move for this flight (Miami to NYC and then NYC to LA six months later)?

If any first class might be worth it, it would be Virgin's new seasonal service this winter. You can buy cheapish economy tickets and upgrade before the flight, usually it's available and it will be cheaper than buying it out right with money or points.

To the point, exactly what I was thinking :)

How many points would it cost to book it first class one way? Why is it better than the other airlines?

While it is not a lie-flat seat, it is also not your typical domestic first class seat. Seats are wide, spacious, back massage, great service, great airline. Points will depend on how much the ticket cost, depending on your dates. Check on their site.

you are better off selling your UR points and paying for a hotel.

Sounds like it. Or I can book a premium hotel via Chase UR for a value of 1.2.

A family of four, to travel to Argentina and Brazil will cost $1280 just for visas/reciprocity fees, correct?
Life isn't about checking the boxes. Nobody cares.
