If I want to book a 1-way award ticket on Air Canada within the North America within 21 days, what's my best option to avoid YQ and close in fee? Singapore?
Life isn't about checking the boxes. Nobody cares.

UA. Do the workaround to avoid the close in fee.

Have two Fairmont nights (from CC). Would like to use them in January or February for a weekend. Only have Thursday afternoon to Sunday evening.

What is recommended for that time? I was thinking Banff but was also wondering what warm places are easy to get to and which one would be worth going to?

Where is someplace warm and a nice hotel I can take advantage of? (Plus easy to get to)

anything from the Fairmont family in the Caribbean?  Usually decent flights, plus sometimes a one hour boat ride -- (SPG has a resort in St. John -- that idea...)

Few resorts in Mexico (Riviera Maya and other places), Bermuda has a few too, thought Bermuda might be a bit chilly then. Barbados has a Fairmont there. And there are two more in Hawaii.

I was looking at this one - Fairmont Mayakoba, Riviera Maya resort. How would the weather be in February?

Apparently it's cooler in Feb than it is in Dec, but the mid-70's temp looks great. It's near Cozumel:

Good point. And that's an awesome looking Fairmont, too:

Now that KE is no longer a transfer partner with Chase, i am looking for routing ideas from NRT or HND. Any input is appreciated.

Planning a trip to Europe early March. Just signed up for cards that should yield us enough points for 4 rt tickets (for me, my husband, and 2 small kids.) I have already been to London, Paris *2, Switzerland (Zurich, Geneva, Interlaken), Poland, Italy (Venice, Milan, Pisa, Florence), and husband has been to London, Paris and Scotland. We were thinking of going to Rome, and he wants to see Venice, and are looking for a couple other places to visit. He was thinking Munich, but I'm not sure that I'm such a fan of that. Will be traveling with a 2 year old and one year old. Where else should we consider going?

Thanks!

I was thinking of going to Switzerland in Feb.

I called up Levin in Aroza, they wants around 400 CHF per night per couple.
Is it worth it?

Or does anyone have other ideas where to go ? (doesn't have to be Switzerland)
I would like to have there kosher food,I don't want to shlep with me.

So I have a Groupon for Tierra Sur. Should I make a special trip to visit LA, maybe relax in PSP for couple days then fly back home?

Or just fly to LAX, go to Tierra Sur, then fly home?
