it is the one. He gave it to me for my Bar Mitzvah present, but haven`t had contact with him since, so don`t have his info. You should be able to google it. He lives on 51st Bet. 14 and 15 ave.

I agree with you on that one.
As a Lubavitcher, the Rebbe's Shitah was that Seforim should be as accessible as possible.
But this has got to do with the Brisker Derech, maybe someone more familiar with that can respond.
