Best Cell Option Without a Plan

I am looking to get two cell phone preferably with unlimited calls and data. If significantly cheaper I would do only unlimited calls. Any idea who offers the best deals without a contract?

Walmart has a plan on myfamilymobile.com through tmobile its should be around 90$ for 2 ph ones unlimited data and talk. i use my phone as a hotspot also

Don't do the walmart plan, they charge taxes and fees. So as a total its not cheap.

  Simple mobile used T mobile towers. So if you want 3g you're going to have to make sure that your phone is 1700 mhz compatible.

http://www.straighttalk.com/ looks like a good option. They work on both AT&T and Tmobile networks so you can chose which sim works better in ur area.
$45 for unlimited talk, txt & data (which ppl recommend not to go over 2Gb.)

Tmobile in far rockaway/ towns very good service. Never had a problem with them
