BA Ticket Refunds

The BA website is not allowing me to refund my tickets online it tells me to call up.

There is no standard. It seems sometimes the site will let you cancel for free, and sometimes it says you cant do it online, which means calling = you would have to pay to change or cancel... hit or miss IME
