For good and romantic you need to look into tzimmers, not hotels.

Not necessarily a cabin, sometimes just a beautifully appointed suite. Some have pools, most have (large) Jacuzzi's: some indoor, some outdoor, some both. Some have fireplaces, some have saunas, etc.

Has anyone been to the Leonardo Plaza or Leonardo regular that can say if there is a big difference between the 2? It seems from the reviews that the regular Leonardo was renovated recently and is not as bad as it used to be.

Haven't been to the Leonardo Plaza, but I'm now in the Leonardo and it's not bad (not the nicest hotel but pretty much nice and clean).

What's the deal with decks in tiberias?
I spoke to the mashgiach and he swears it's all good. He's a young sefardi guy.
Anyone eat there? The place looks awesome...
(We didn't end up eating there and I'm still dreaming of it)

I really want to make sure my wife is happy when we go to Tiberius, the Leonardo looks OK, but what is a really nice place for a bit more? What about Caesar Premier Hotel Tiberias? Looks good on Trip Advisor? Rimonim looks ok, but not loved on TA.

I see this thread, is recommending either the rimonim or the Leonardo, wondering if there is a hotel like Mamila in Tiberias, where I can eat and enjoy the hotel and the area?
