i had trouble with paypal using this site. on groupon israel, paypal works fine

correct, but paypal converts at a terrible rate

I had no trouble using paypal to buy the Kinor deal.
Also, they converted today at 3.60, when the actual rate now is 3.71.
Around what rate would chase sapphire or another cc done?

My favorite thing to do in Tiveria at 3am is go sit by the water.

Or go for a drive towards Meiron and stop at the side of the road where its pitch black and you can see a crazy amount of stars.

If someone doesn't want to eat Machpud, where can you eat fleishig with a better/different hechsher up north, in Tveria, Tzfas, ect.
