Small List compiled for Flip phone service. Regular service with unlimited data and all to come.

1.Tracfone-All Carriers $20 Talk/Text 1GB ($30 for first 6 months)
1b. Unlimited talk and text, no data $15/month ($10 with auto pay)

2.Mobi-Verizon $10 (Additional $5 off the 1st three months)

3.Tello-Tmobile $8 , US Mobile.

-EXPLAINED A BIT MORE IN DETAIL-
Tracfone Wireless- (CDMA/GSM Verizon/T-Mobile/AT&T)
First 6 months at $30 plus taxes.
Pay for the first 2 months $15 each month with autopay, then use reward points for the next 4 months. Use Referral code OOAB-E354 to get you 8,000 points. You must activate and set up the rewards within 14 days of activating Phone service.
They limit 5 uses per month, so feel free to PM before using if you want to confirm they work for this month, as well they seem to be changing the referral code after every use. So feel free to post in the thread or message me for a new code.
The points will only kick in after 60 days of service(hence the reason for keeping paid service for 60 days) the points will kick in getting you 8,000 Points, which is enough for 4 months free. You can redeem 2,000($20) increments for a free month of service and do that for a total of 4 months free.
Now you must turn off auto pay after the first 2 months in order for the free 4 months that you added to kick in.  If you don't turn off auto pay it will continue billing your credit card and you will not get those free months until you turn off auto pay.
 Works on CDMA or GSM.

 Mobi Wireless- (Verizon/CDMA)
$10 a month. With a referral code you can get another $5 off the 1st three months which I can give you. You need to sign up in the first week for the referral bonus to kick in.
Click here to pm me for the info.

$16.50 unlimited talk and text
It’s now 1500 talk and 1500 text.
tello.com  has  unlimited talk and text for $11 + tax (about 3.50 in NYC)

Xfinity Mobile. Free unlimited calling and text + 100mb data/month. $12/gb thereafter. Verizon MVNO. Catches are:

  • Only iPhones supported for BYOD at the moment
  • must be an existing Xfinity Internet customer. Maybe you have a relative with a place in Boca that has Xfinity?

Hi,
I'm looking for a prepaid plan that I can use in the US and Canada. I don't need unlimited talk/text/data. Just a little of each. What's the best/cheapest way to go? In the past I've used teltik (t-mobile ). They're good in toronto but horrible in my/nj.Thanks

Maybe use Google fi and when in Canada use hangouts to make calls.
Or maybe dual SIM phones would be an option.
My Tapatalk notifications don't always work.

AT&T prepaid , if you are on the $45 and up plan then Canada and Mexico are included. If you are on a lower plan then it’s .39 per minute http:// [url]https://www.att.com/shop/wireless/international/att-prepaid.html[URL]

Verizon prepaid. You can add Canada for $5 per day when you are in Canada. You will need a 4G phone for this to work

Looking for a cellphone plan for a tourist that comes to the USA a few times a year, & dials international direct (mainly UK).
Thinking of TING ($6 per month + depending on usage, UK minutes is like regular minutes), does anyone know anything better, on Verizon or Sprint network, or AT&T direct (no at&t mvno, as they have a wait time till it rings, or TMobile)

Contract/Prepaid: rather prepaid
Amount of lines needed: 2
Total minutes needed: varies
Total texts needed per line: 0-100
Total data needed per line: 0
Smartphones? No
Carrier: Verizon or a Verizon MVNO, Sprint or a sprint MVNO, AT&T direct (no MVNO)

Just to clarify
Unreal mobile uses.
Sprint and AT&T networks.
With AT&T you have to use a smartphone and use their app to make calls. So it’s a voip service. But with sprint you can use a basic phone as well and it’s not voip service.

I have read very negative reviews on unreal about porting numbers can take a few weeks to go through and customer service has very long wait times

I ported a number to Unreal and it went very quick (I initiated the port on a weekend and it completed exactly 24 hours later) and smoothly, no customer service needed.

Service with them has been just as good as with any other provider I've used.

According to slick deals
Sprint's Free Year of Unlimited Service Promo is Ending Soon
Verizon and AT&T customers have until early April to switch to Sprint for a free year of unlimited service (and potentially save up to $840).
