Not sure if there is a separate thread for problems activating a phone...Basically sprint told me phone I bought on eBay is registered to a different account....I bought in August 2016...Any way to have account disconnected from phone? Any way for me to contact the real "owner"? I have the phone number...

Flashing has nothing to do with the esn of the phone. Or less they change the esn number.

Which phone does she have?

Some Sprint phones are compatible with T-Mobile.

Red pocket has a $30 plan if you select autopay unlimited talk and text with 2.5gb data.

HTC one m8 harman kardon. Dont think 4g works on the T-Mobile network with that phone.

If you have a walmart nearby. Get a tmobile sim starter kit for $30. Unlimited text and data ( first 5gb LTE.) and 100 minutes talk.
This is a walmart exclusive plan

If you have a couple days, buy a preloaded H2O sim card on eBay.
