I only use it for talking and texting (in Lakewood). It works well.

I only had to use their customer service once to get a refund. I don't remember the exact response time but it wasn't long.

In my experience
You can do everything on the website.
If you do need customer service. They are very very good. Fast responsive

In my opinion talk and text is good with all carriers in NYC.

I'm assuming Sprint is looking to expand their customer base so they charge very little.

Tello uses sprint but many Verizon phones will work on sprint or tello. You can use an imei checker for byod on sprint's site or maybe tello site
