Photon Q is worth around $100 give or take on ebay when I was shopping around last week. I ended up with something cheaper and smaller (I don't like big phones), but it doesn't have a SIM slot.

Meshuganer, I have a family member who started a new Framily group, I think they have 6 currently and need one more to get the $25 pricing. So it would be a mutually beneficial union. :) Let me know

Basically, anything approaching the size of that phone is considered a lower tier device in the Android kingdom, and is stripped of some functionality or another. It's infuriating, I don't see large displays as a pro, but rather a con. But flagship feature-laden Sprint devices are usually giant sized. And expensive to buy unsubsidized.

Maybe an iPhone flavor would suit you better? I think all of them on Sprint have SIMs (someone double check to make sure I'm not making this up). They have more manageable screen sizes, even though I don't like the OS.

Again, its a regular Sprint plan, and comes with the pros (all the services they offer on the network) and cons (taxes and fees). I haven't gotten a regular bill yet (prorated since I switched in the middle of a bill cycle) so I don't know how much they will be at the end of the day for just the framily plan (it was $35, part of it was the end of a SERO plan), but seemed pretty nominal.

As mordy said above, Sprint S4 mini doesn't have SIM, but VZW does.
