its free w/ a bus. acount. just make sure they're linked though, i just called up and they're refunding my past fees

I think he's asking about GCO (Google checkout). GCO is quick to close down accounts too. It's been 4+ years now and they still won't consider letting me open an account, not even just to make payments.

AFAIK there is no minimum. That's why we squeeze a few cents of gas at the pump.

You can donate with just a credit card without logging into your Paypal account- and avoid getting your account flagged

It probably does affect their earnings, as they don't have the paypal confirmed / guarantee nonsense.
