I send my friend a penny, and check off that he pays the fee, meaning he gets nothing, and he doesn't claim it.  Then it goes back into the account after a few weeks, but chase counts it as activity.
Its how I've been doing it for the past five months.

I just did 19 the other day and then the CC company flagged me for fraud.
Other options still are telephone and cellphone bills.

Repeated transactions to the same person definitely will trigger it.
Paypal considers that a "cash advance" as they believe it mus be to a friend to get cash from your credit card and will close your account.

Also if buyers dispute transactions from your account it could result in a ban.
