Most of our grandparents (who were victims) survived B"H, though many lost their entire families HY"D.

I hear it all the time, at least where I live, and I know how much the cops in my area hold themselves back from writing ticket-books by the hour!

he means the person getting the ticket claims thats why the cop gave it even though he was doing 110 in a 65

two year ago, a few blocks from my house the cops shot some guy who mugged someone and then fled from the police the wrong way down a one way street and crashed. I passed by and asked one of the locals what was going on. He said police brutality.

Exactly my point. Why do some always think the other ethnicity is always out to get them, maybe the motorist really is at fault, and not being discriminated on by the cop.

Absolutely sometimes playing the race card diminishes the effectiveness of an argument. Take this case in CH as a perfect example; without mentioning antisemites etc. there is a legitimate question regarding the officers seemingly despicable aggressiveness. Once the term Nazi was thrown out there, there is an entire paradigm shift, where the focus is no longer on whether the cops did something wrong but whether there are people out there who are looking to get Jews. The only person to benefit from that; the cops in this case.

I say if this went to trial he would be convicted of resisting arrest unless the jury decided with their heart instead of their head.

That's only half the story (and probably true). But it doesn't take away from the point:

There's a decent chance the arresting officers will face very real consequences for what I (along with many others) believe was disproportionate force.

You need the audio to hear if there was assaulting. Maybe AJK can comment on this.
