I say if this went to trial he would be convicted of resisting arrest unless the jury decided with their heart instead of their head.
That's only half the story (and probably true). But it doesn't take away from the point:
There's a decent chance the arresting officers will face very real consequences for what I (along with many others) believe was disproportionate force.
