I don't think they have wines - much tougher to get a wine license there.

NoBo across the street does IIRC they also have a chefs tasting menu but you need to reserve at least 24 hours in advance to order it I actually like them better than ETC and they're partially owned by the Kirshenbaum's from Levana's ZTZ"L

we got 3 appetizers, 3 mains, and one dessert.
apps: lamb belly, sweet breads, tongue with yoki
mains: hangar steak, short ribs, another kind of steak with honey mustard sauce
dessert: scoop of coffee ice cream with 2 cinnamon doughbnuts

We had to bring our own wine. the 7 and 9 course are not served after 7:30, the 4 and 5 are not served after i think 9.

Have been to both NOBO and ETC several times. Both can compete with most upscale restaurants in NYC. What is especially nice is that in both restaurants it is not uncommon for the respected chef of either restaurant to come out of the kitchen and interact with the diners. To make it even more appealing than shlepping into NYC is that you don't have to worry about parking! ;)
